Terms of service
The following general terms and conditions apply to all items. You must agree to the terms and conditions when placing your order. Where the female form is used below, the male form is also meant and vice versa.
1. scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of fillia.ch are based on Swiss law. Amendments and subsidiary agreements are only effective if confirmed in writing by fillia.ch. These GTC are valid for an indefinite period. fillia.ch reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and other Swiss laws and ordinances also apply.
2 Conclusion of the contract
Contracts on this portal can only be concluded in German. You place a binding order with fillia.ch once you have gone through the online ordering process by entering the information requested there and submitting the order. After you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, but is only to inform you that we have received your order. Your order is binding.
3 Identity of the contract partner

4. services provided by fillia.ch
The order or quotation / order confirmation shall be decisive for the specific scope and execution of the service provided by fillia.ch. fillia.ch is also entitled, if it is in the interests of the customer and due to special circumstances and/or the task, not to carry out work itself, but to subcontract it to subcontractors of its own choice.
5. storage of the contract text
Your order data will be saved. These are sent to you in the form of an email as an "order confirmation" after you have sent the order. You can print out the "order confirmation". It is therefore essential that you enter your correct and active e-mail address.
6 Shipment and transfer of risk, place of fulfillment
Unless otherwise agreed, shipment shall be at the expense and risk of the customer. The risk is transferred to the customer when the service is made available for shipment. The order is deemed to have been executed upon delivery to the customer or to the recipient designated by the customer. fillia.ch is entitled to have the delivery carried out by the post office or another carrier. In this case, the place of delivery to the post office or carrier shall be deemed the place of fulfillment.
7. right of return
There is NO RIGHT OF RETURN for the ordered and delivered goods. This is due to wear and tear of the goods. End of the return policy.
8. warranty / liability for defects
The customer is obliged to inspect the goods and other services provided to her immediately upon receipt. Any complaints must be made in writing to Fillia by S. Bigler immediately, but at the latest within 5 days of receipt of the goods or services and with submission of the relevant documents, otherwise the delivery and/or service shall be deemed to have been accepted. Liability for damages and thus the claim for compensation is excluded. Fillia by S. Bigler is free to replace any damaged goods of the customer as a gesture of goodwill.
9. exclusion of further liability
All other claims of the customer, regardless of the legal grounds on which they are based, in particular any claims for damages, reduction in price, non-performance or withdrawal from the contract not mentioned above, are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of fillia.ch. fillia.ch shall not be liable for the consequences of force majeure, i.e. events that have occurred independently of the will and actions of the parties. In such cases, fillia.ch may either withdraw from the contract without liability for damages or reasonably postpone its fulfillment.
10 Prices and delivery, payment options
All prices are in Swiss francs. The price at the time of the order applies. We inform the customer about our delivery time in the respective order process. If the delivery time stated there cannot be met, we will inform the customer by e-mail. Shipping costs and packaging are to be added to the declared prices. For orders of several items, the costs for shipping and packaging are only incurred once.
