We ship all our items from Switzerland by registered mail within 48 hours of ordering. Please note that orders outside Switzerland may incur customs fees, which you must pay. The corresponding shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Would you like to inspect or pick up the item personally from us in Zurich Wiedikon? No problem! However, we ask you to take the following steps into account:

Viewing : If you would like to view the item in advance, please contact us using our contact form to arrange an appointment.

Collection : If you would like to collect the item yourself, please select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable collection time.

Our items are generally sold without the possibility of return. However, if you are unsure, we are happy to offer viewing appointments. You are welcome to look at and try on your favorite product.

If your order has defects, we ask you to inform us via our contact form within 48 hours of receiving the order and to show us the defect/damage with a description and a photo/video. Please note that we can no longer offer returns after this period.
